NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milaca City Council will call a Special meeting on 
Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
The purpose of this Special Council Meeting is:
To discuss Adult Use Cannabis and Cannabis Business and Cultivation
and
Set date for February council meeting 

This Special Meeting was called by order upon action taken by City of Milaca Council on this 15th day of January, 2026.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Milaca Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. for amending Ordinance #529 Adult Use Cannabis and Cannabis Business and Cultivation to define setbacks and adding definition of attractions.  All persons interested are invited to attend said public hearing.
