NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Milaca Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., for:

Minor Lot Split-Mille Lacs Veterinary Holdings, LLC
Variance Request-Mille Lacs Veterinary Holdings, LLC

All persons interested in any of the public hearings are invited to attend said public hearing.   Written comments may be submitted to City Manager Tammy Pfaff, 255 First Street East, Milaca MN 56353.  Emailed comments may be submitted to City Manager Tammy Pfaff at tpfaff@milacacity.com.

CITY OF MILACA
NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Milaca will meet in the council chambers of the city hall located at 255 1st St E, Milaca, at 6:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025, to consider the making of improvements for sanitary sewer and water main on the east end of 5th St SE and the property east of CSAH 2 near 5th St SE, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.  The area to be assessed for such improvement is property owned by Rum River Special Education Coop.  The estimated cost of the improvement is $230,000.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.  Such persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.

CITY OF MILACA
NOTICE OF HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

Notice is hereby given that the city council of Milaca will meet in the council chambers of the city hall located at 255 1st St E, Milaca, at 6:00 p.m. on November 19, 2025, to consider the making of improvements for sanitary sewer and water main connecting to the existing water main on 10th Ave SE along south edge of TH-23 and connecting to sewer main near the southern ROW line of TH-23, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 429.011 to 429.111.  The area to be assessed for such improvement is PID #21-000-3010.  The estimated cost of the proposed improvement is $175,000.  A reasonable estimate of the impact of the assessment will be available at the hearing.  Such persons who desire to be heard with reference to the proposed improvement will be heard at this meeting.
